How to Access Your Website
Your website is live and available 24/7. To visit your site:
- Open any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — all work great)
- Type your website address in the address bar at the top
- Press Enter — your site will load within a few seconds
Your website address: You would have received this in your welcome email. It typically looks like yourbusiness.brandforgeapp.com. If you cannot find it, just reply to your welcome email and we will send it again right away.
How to Log In to Your Account
Your admin console is where you manage your brand settings and view customer messages. Here is how to log in:
- Go to your website address
- Click the “Admin Login” link (usually found in the footer of your website)
- Enter the email address you signed up with
- Enter your password
- Click “Sign In”
You will be taken directly to your admin console.
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and we will email you a reset link within a few minutes.
What You Can Customize
Once you are logged in, you have control over several important parts of your brand:
