Day 1: Get Familiar with Your Website

Visit your live website — Open your browser and go to your website address. Look at it as your customer would.

Check it on your phone — Pull it up on your mobile device to see how it looks. Share it with a friend or family member and ask for their first impression.

Log in to your admin console — Go to your website, click Admin Login at the bottom of the page, and sign in with your email and password.

Explore the admin console — Click around the different sections: Brand Settings, Contact Submissions, Quick Links. Just get comfortable with where things are.

Day 2: Confirm Your Business Information Is Correct

Check your business name and tagline — Go to Brand Settings then Business Info. Make sure everything is spelled correctly.

Verify your phone number — Is it correct and formatted the way you want customers to see it?

Verify your email address — Confirm it is the right one for customers to contact you.

Confirm your street address — Double-check it is accurate for customers who want to find you in person.

Review your hours — Go to Brand Settings then Hours and confirm your open and close times are correct for every day of the week.

Read your About section — Does it sound like you? If you want to tweak the wording, go to Brand Settings then Business Info and update it.

Day 3: Polish Your Brand Visuals

Check your brand colors — Visit your live website and look at the buttons, headings, and accents. If the colors do not feel right, log in and go to Brand Settings then Colors to update them.

Upload your logo (if you have one) — Go to Brand Settings then Logo and upload your logo file. PNG with a transparent background looks best.

If you do not have a logo — Email us at support@brandforge.com. We can help you create a simple, professional one.

Day 4: Update Your Menu or Services

Review your menu or services list — Log in and go to Brand Settings then Menu/Services. Are all your items listed? Are prices current?

Add any missing items — Click Add Item to include anything that is not listed yet.

Remove outdated items — If anything is no longer available, remove it so customers are not confused.

Check descriptions — Short, appealing descriptions help customers decide. Update anything that feels flat or unclear.

Day 5: Test the Contact Form

Submit a test message — Go to your live website, find the contact form (usually on the Contact page), and submit a test message using your own name and email.

Check your Contact Submissions — Log in to your admin console and click Contact Submissions. Your test message should appear there.

Reply to your test — Click your email address in the submission to open a reply in your email app. This is how you will respond to real customer inquiries.

Set a reminder to check daily — Make it a habit to log in once a day and check for new contact form submissions.

Day 6: Share Your Website

Add your website to your email signature — Open your email app, go to Settings, and add your website address at the bottom of your signature.

Update your Google Business Profile (if you have one) — Add your website address so customers can click through from Google search results.

Post on social media — Share your website with your followers. A simple post like "Excited to launch our new website! Check it out at [your address]" works great.

Tell your regulars — Let your loyal customers know your website is live. Word of mouth is powerful.

Add it to any printed materials — Business cards, flyers, menus, signs - make sure your website address is on them.

Day 7: Celebrate and Plan Ahead

Do a final review of your website — Look at it fresh, as if you are a customer seeing it for the first time. Does everything feel right?

Note anything you want to improve — Write down any changes you want to make. You can update your site anytime from the admin console.

Consider a Google Business Profile if you do not have one — This free listing helps local customers find your business in Google Search and Maps. Ask us for help.

Once your first 7 days are done, these simple habits will keep your online presence strong:

Check your Contact Submissions daily and reply within a few hours

Update your hours whenever they change (holidays, special events)

Update your menu or services whenever prices or offerings change

Share your website link whenever you meet a new potential customer
