Getting to Your Admin Console
- Visit your website (e.g.,
yourbusiness.brandforgeapp.com) - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Admin Login
- Sign in with your email and password
- You will land on your Admin Dashboard
The Dashboard Overview
When you first log in, you will see your Dashboard. Here is what each section means:
- Brand Settings — Edit your business info, colors, logo, and more
- Contact Submissions — View messages customers have sent through your website
- Quick Links — Jump to your live website or log out
Managing Your Brand Settings
Brand Settings is where you control how your business appears on your website. Changes save automatically and show on your live site immediately.
Business Information
This section holds the core details of your business.
To update your business name or tagline:
- Click Brand Settings in the left menu
- Select Business Info
- Click on the field you want to change
- Type your new text
- Click Save Changes
Fields you can update:
- Business Name
- Tagline or Short Description
- About / Bio (the paragraph that introduces your business to visitors)
Contact Information
Keep your contact details current so customers can reach you.
To update your contact info:
- Click Brand Settings → Contact
- Update any of the following fields:
- Phone Number — shown on your site and used for click-to-call on mobile
- Email Address — shown on your contact page
- Street Address — shown in your footer and on your contact page
- City, Province/State, Postal Code
- Click Save Changes
Business Hours
Let customers know when you are open.
To update your hours:
- Click Brand Settings → Hours
- For each day of the week, you can:
- Set an Open and Close time using the dropdowns
- Toggle Closed if you are not open that day
- Click Save Changes
Tip: If you have seasonal hours or holiday closures, you can temporarily update this section and change it back when normal hours resume.
Brand Colors
Your brand colors are used throughout your website — buttons, headings, accents, and more.
To change your brand colors:
- Click Brand Settings → Colors
- You will see your current primary and secondary colors
- Click on a color swatch to open the color picker
- Choose your new color (you can type a hex code like
#FF5733if you know your exact brand color) - Click Save Changes — your website updates instantly
Not sure of your brand colors? If you had a graphic designer create your logo, they may have given you a “brand guide” with exact color codes. If not, take a screenshot of your logo and use a free tool like imagecolorpicker.com to find the colors.
Logo
Your logo appears at the top of your website and in the browser tab.
To upload or change your logo:
- Click Brand Settings → Logo
- Click Upload Logo
- Select your logo file from your computer
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Recommended size: at least 400px wide, transparent background preferred (PNG)
- Click Save Changes

Menu or Services List
If your business has a menu (restaurants, cafes) or a services list (salons, contractors), you can manage it here.
To add or edit items:
- Click Brand Settings → Menu / Services
- To add a new item: Click Add Item, fill in the name, description, and price, then click Save
- To edit an existing item: Click the pencil icon next to the item, make your changes, and click Save
- To remove an item: Click the trash icon next to the item, then confirm
Viewing Contact Form Submissions
When a customer fills out the contact form on your website, their message appears here.
To read your messages:
- Click Contact Submissions in the left menu
- You will see a list of all messages, newest first
- Click any message to read the full details:
- Customer name
- Their email address
- Their phone number (if they provided it)
- Their message
- To reply, click the email address to open your email app and respond directly
Tip: Check your Contact Submissions at least once a day. Responding to customer inquiries quickly (within a few hours) makes a great impression and helps win new business.
Logging Out
When you are done making changes, always log out — especially if you are on a shared or public computer.
- Click your name or the avatar icon in the top-right corner
- Select Log Out
- You will be returned to your website
Troubleshooting Common Issues
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| I cannot log in | Double-check your email and password. Use “Forgot Password?” to reset it. |
| My changes are not showing on the website | Try refreshing the page (press Ctrl+R or Cmd+R). Changes should appear within seconds. |
| I accidentally deleted something | Email us at support@brandforge.com — we can restore recent changes. |
| The website looks different on my phone | This is normal — the site is designed to adapt to different screen sizes. Check on a few devices. |
| I forgot which email I used to sign up | Check for an email from BrandForge in your inbox, or contact support. |
