My website is live — do I need to do anything to keep it online?
Nope! We handle all the hosting, security, and maintenance. Your website runs on our platform 24/7. You do not need to worry about servers, technical updates, or anything like that.
Can customers find my website on Google?
Yes — your website is publicly accessible and search engines like Google can discover it. For best results, we recommend also setting up a free Google Business Profile for your business. This helps you appear in local search results. Ask us for help setting this up.
What if someone visits my website on their phone — will it look good?
Absolutely. All BrandForge websites are fully mobile-responsive. That means the site automatically adjusts its layout to look great on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Can I have my own domain name instead of the brandforge address?
Yes! Custom domain setup is available. Contact us at support@brandforge.com and we will walk you through how to connect your own domain to your BrandForge site. If you do not have a domain yet, we can recommend where to purchase one (usually around $15-$20/year).
How often is my website backed up?
Your content and brand settings are stored securely on our platform. We maintain regular backups on our end. If you ever make a change by accident, just email us and we can restore your previous settings.
Making Changes to Your Site
How do I update my business hours, phone number, or address?
Log in to your admin console, go to Brand Settings, and update the relevant fields. Changes appear on your live website immediately after you save. See the Admin Console Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Can I update my menu or list of services?
Yes! Log in, go to Brand Settings then Menu/Services, and add, edit, or remove items. You can update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.
I changed something and my website looks wrong. What do I do?
Do not worry - email us at support@brandforge.com right away and we can fix it for you. We can also restore your settings to a previous version if needed.
Can I add new pages to my website?
Right now, your website includes all the core pages your business needs. If you are interested in additional pages or features such as a photo gallery, blog, or online booking, reach out to us. We would love to hear what would help your business most.
Contact Forms and Customer Inquiries
A customer filled out my contact form. Where does their message go?
Their message appears in your Contact Submissions section of the admin console. Log in and click Contact Submissions to read it. You can reply directly by clicking their email address.
How quickly should I respond to contact form submissions?
As quickly as possible - ideally within a few hours. Studies show that businesses who respond within an hour are 7x more likely to convert a lead. Even a quick acknowledgment goes a long way.
What if someone sends spam through my contact form?
Our contact forms include basic spam protection. If you notice unwanted messages slipping through, let us know and we can look into it.
Your Account and Login
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Admin Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
Can I share my login with an employee or staff member?
For now, each account has one login. We recommend not sharing your password. If you need a team member to manage your account, contact us and we can explore options for your situation.
How do I log out of my account?
Click your name or avatar icon in the top-right corner of the admin console and select Log Out. Always log out if you are on a shared or public computer.

What is included in my monthly plan?
Your plan includes your website, hosting, platform maintenance, and access to your admin console. Contact us for a full breakdown of what is included in your specific package.
What happens if I want to cancel?
We understand things change. Please reach out to us at support@brandforge.com and we will walk you through your options. We would also love to hear your feedback so we can keep improving.
